These terms govern your use of the Restoria iOS app and this website, operated by Zac Frulloni ("we", "us"). By using Restoria you agree to these terms.

The service

Restoria uses artificial intelligence to restore, enhance, colorize, animate and combine photographs you provide. Results are AI-generated interpretations: they aim to be faithful, but colors, details and motion are reconstructions, not historical records, and quality varies with the input photo. Results may occasionally contain inaccuracies or artifacts.

Subscriptions and billing

• Restoria offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Yearly (£39.99/year) and Weekly (£9.99/week). Prices in other regions are set by Apple's pricing matrix and shown before purchase.
• The weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. One trial per Apple ID.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• Plans include fair-use limits on generation volume, including a monthly allowance for photo animations, to keep the service sustainable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Your content and conduct

• You must own or have the right to use the photos you submit. You keep all rights to your photos and to your generated results.
• You must not use Restoria to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to process images of people in ways that violate their rights, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits or extract our systems' credentials.
• We may suspend access for abuse of these terms or of fair-use limits.

Disclaimers and liability

Restoria is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under UK consumer law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
